Fresh Green Bean Grape Pasta Toss |
8 slices bacon cooked, crumbled
1 cup chopped pecans
1 # small whole green beans
1 8 oz penne pasta cooked
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 c seedless red grapes halved
1/4 c chopped red onion
Toast pecans in 350 oven, 5-7 minutes boil beans 5-8 min, cool in ice water Combine all except bacon, chill 3 hrs. Add bacon before serving.
