1 box chocolate cake mix (cheap is good!)
1 can cherry pie filling
3 large eggs
1. Mix ingredients together til smooth.
2. Pour into sprayed microwave safe bundt pan (I use a silicone one), and bake for approx. 12-16 minutes. All depends on your microwave. Mine takes about 14 minutes.
3. Cool on rack for about 10 minutes and it will start to pull away from sides of pan. Flip over onto a plate. When ready to serve, cut and dust with powdered sugar. (If you like, you can also microwave icing, and fork strings of icing over the top of the cake.) Anyways, just plain ole enjoy it.
P.S. You can also try spice cake and apple pie filling, or yellow cake and blueberry filling. Hey, you could try almost any combination of cake and filling.
