Easy Peach Cobbler

1-large can sliced peaches (drained)
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 Egg
1 Stick Oleo
Dash of cinnamon
5 or 6 slices of white bread (crust removed and cut into finger length strips)

Spray a 9x9 inch baking dish put in peaches, put bread strips on top of peaches. Mix sugar, flour, egg, oleo and cinnamon spread on top of bread. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Most any kind of fruit can be used for this recipe.
