1 1/2 sticks butter
1 pkg (12) frozen cinnamon rolls
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 large box butterscotch (cook and serve) pudding (Not instant)
Butter 9x13 pan. Place cinnamon rolls in pan spacing apart to allow dough to double in size. Sprinkle with dry pudding mix. In a saucepan, melt butter, add brown sugar, and pecans and cook 2 minutes. Pour mixture over rolls. Cover pan with plastic wrap and place in cold oven 6-8 hours (or overnight). In the morning carefully remove the plastic wrap and bake 30 minutes at 325°F. When done, remove from oven and flip rolls onto a platter and serve. A very tasty morning treat.
