1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter/margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Pour batter into greased/floured 8x8" pan. Bake in preheated 350° F oven for 20-25 minutes.
Great with vanilla ice cream or a cold glass of milk!
