2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
5 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla (I use Mexican vanilla)
Chocolate Chips
Toasted walnuts or pecans
Dump everything except the chocolate chips and nuts into a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and well mixed. Pour into a greased 9x12 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts to your taste. Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool or frost with canned chocolate icing. Enjoy!!
