Cupcake Cookies

1-14.4 oz. pkg graham cracker crumbs*
1 C. firmly packed brown sugar
1 C. whipped cream
1/2 C. unsalted butter, melted
1 C. semisweet chocolate morsels, slightly chopped
1 C. finely chopped pecans
1 C. finely chopped walnuts

Stir together first 4 ingredients until well blended. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts until blended. This will be a stiff dough. Shape dough into 1-inch balls (about 1 level tablespoon of dough). Place into miniature paper candy liners**; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until done. Let cool 1 minute on baking sheet; remove to wire racks to cool completely. (Let cookie sheet cool between each batch if you only have one.) Makes about 5 dozen.
* Substitute 3 1/2 C. finely crushed graham crackers (about 3 sleeves crackers, crushed), if desired.
** Miniature paper candy liners can be found at Wilton's or Michael's or any good craft store that carries baking tools. I highly recommend the foil backed ones as the butter will leak through the plain paper kind. Absolutely addictive!
