Cranberry Chicken

3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 8 oz. bottle Catalina dressing
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can whole cranberry sauce

Sear chicken in skillet sprayed with oil spray, until white. Place in sprayed casserole dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until fork tender. Do not cover dish. Baste occasionally with sauce. Can also be prepared in a crock pot.
