1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. + 1 tbsp. Miracle Whip
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour

Mix ingredients together, pour into a greased/floured 9x11 cake pan. Bake at 350° F for 25-30 minutes.

*You can add any kind of chips (chocolate, mint chocolate, white chocolate, or peanut butter chips) to this batter for an extra treat.
