1 large box chocolate pudding (NOT instant)
3 cups cold milk
1 box yellow cake mix

Cook milk and pudding until think. Add cake mix stirring until well blended. The batter will be thick and lumpy. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
