Chicken Dip

2 large cans of chunk white chicken
3 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese softened (room temperature)
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix (dry)

I use a stand mixer but this can be done by hand or with a hand mixer. Chop up the chicken very fine and mix it together with the 3 packages of cream cheese then add the Ranch Dip (dry mix) and mix very well. Chill and serve with any type of snack crackers. Makes about 3 to 4 cups. (You can serve in a dish or roll into a ball. I have also covered the outside with chopped almonds, but some people are allergic to nuts.)
