Cheese Spread

Excellent to serve with crackers or on a slice of bread, pita and tortillas.
Ingredients:
2 cups of shredded Canadian Gooda
1/4 cup chopped parsley
4 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 package Canadian Garlic and Fine Herbs Cream Cheese PHILADELPHIA
2 tbsp.chopped green onions pepper to taste
2 cups of shredded Canadian Cheddar Cheese
1/2 package of nature Cream Cheese in cubes
1/2 chopped red mild pepper

In the food processor, add Gouda, parsley, milk and salt until the mixture reaches the consistency of homogeneity. Spread the mixture in a 6 cups glass container or a bread loaf recipient and cover with aluminium paper. Mix the Garlic with fine herbs Cream Cheese, green onions and pepper. Spread this mixture of top of the Gouda. In the food processor, add Cheddar, and the nature Cream Cheese until it reaches the constitency of homogeneity. Add the red pepper. Spread this mixture of top of the Canadian Garlic and Fine Herbs Cream Cheese. Cover and refrigerate for an hour and will be good for at least 4 days. Enjoy!
