Broccoli Dip

Flowerets of 2 large heads of broccoli, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
8 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
6 oz. cashew pieces
1 c. sunflower seeds
3/4 c sour cream
1 bottle SW Ranch dressing

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours. Serve on cocktail bread or substantial (not crumbly) crackers. Makes 2-1/2 - 3 cups.
