Old-fashioned, cushioned bobby pins make great clips to hold your binding while hand stitching it to the back of your quilt.

Binding
Saw a wonderful YouTube Video by Sharon Schamber on using Elmers School Glue to piece binding and hold it in place to attach it. Tried it and works wonderfully.

Binder clip!
They don't budge and I already had several dozen on hand.  They work much better than the hair clip style sold for this purpose.
