BBQ Ribs

Pork or Beef Spare Ribs (thawed)
garlic powder
salt & pepper
BBQ sauce (your favorite)

Place ribs on a broiler pan. Lightly season with garlic, salt/pepper. Place in oven at 250°F for around 2 1/2 hours (depending on size of ribs) or until nice and browned. Remove ribs from oven and place in crock pot. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 of a bottle of BBQ sauce over ribs. Mmmm-so good! I usually serve ribs up with a salad, instant (or not) mashed potatoes, and quick baking powder bisquits. This is sooo easy to make and sooo yummy! Enjoy.
