1 pkg. (6 oz.) dried aprictos, finely chopped
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 bag (12 oz) white chocolate coating, for dipping;
Directions: combine coconut, apricots and condensed milk in large bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Roll chilled mixture into small bite-sized balls, (about 1 tablespoon). Place on waxed paper and refrigeratel. Melt chocolate in microwave according to pkg. directions. Line baking sheets with waxed paper. Using fork, spear balls and dip in melted white chocolate. Refrigerate until hardened. Store in air tight container. About 5 dozen. 85 cal. 11. carbs.
