Apple Salad

Dorothy writes, "Here's a diabetic friendly apple salad that I like really well. No cooking either, and it can be made the night before."

1 can crushed pineapple in it's own juice
1 small box Jello butterscotch sugar-free pudding
2-3 c. peeled, chopped apples
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1/4 -1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Mix pineapple and pudding together in a large bowl. Add chopped apples and nuts. Fold in Cool whip.
