Good morning jfranz, thank you for your comment. Page 14 of the Fall Easy Quilts issue gives instruction on how to make this difficult-looking quilt easy to make. When the blocks are put together, quilters will be sewing only straight lines. Thanks and Enjoy!

Rating of "Easy" May Be Misleading

I am making this quilt and I consider myself an intermediate quilter. Matching diagonal seams to straight seams when putting blocks together may be daunting to beginning quilters. Especially since there is no instruction on doing this for beginners. It is a beautiful quilt though!
