the pattern will not download i have been trying sever times no luck

I've updated my program as prompted but I all I get is a black screen. My finder does not locate the quilt patterns that I "download" either. Don't know why I'm not getting patterns. I have a Mac but that shouldn't matter. Help

Hello All, thank you for your comments. As of 9/13/12 the pattern download is working. Please make sure your Adobe Reader is up-to-date. This is a large file, so if you have a slow Internet connection, your computer may "time out" before the download is complete.

Try updated your Adobe program. This gets updated quite often and sometimes we ignore the "download now" message.

Doesn't seem to perky. It would not download for me either.

Is anybody else having problems with downloading this pattern? I have installed the latest Adobe reader, emptied out my cache of cookies, etc and still am not able to download. Any suggestions?
