Beautiful and quick!
I finished the quilt top as my "summer camp" project -- kids at day camp, something fun for me. Fun! Followed directions as printed, no problems.
Cutting directions are correct
The instructions are correct as printed. #1 segment needs to be turned so it is 6 1/2" x 5 1/2" before joining to block center. Please see the block assembly diagram.
I think the cutting directions are wrong too!!
I cut everything and started sewing my strips, and I think you need 18 strips in the long side, and I'm also having trouble with the middles matching with the 6-pieced strip. Guess I'll just have to wing it! I'm glad to hear I wasn't the only one!
directions
the cutting and sewing direction do not seem to be correct. The center Squares and the strips turn out to be different sizes than required. Has anyone else had any trouble and are there any available corrections. Three people in our group have had trouble with this, and we cannot all be wrong
Directions for a smaller quilt
I want to make a child's quilt and you use to have directions here on your website with sizes and material requirements.

I am gathering fabric from my stash to make this quild in Christmas Holiday colors with a fussy cut holiday scene in the center of each block. I am using felts in the Here Comes Christmas #f3760 line from Tenderberry Stitches by Sharon Reynolds for Northcott. I am anxious to get started. I'll post a pick when I am done.
