2x4 Soup |
2 lb. ground beef, turkey, or venison
2 cans rotel (tomatoes & peppers)
2 can ranch beans (I use ones with onions)
2 cans Progresso Minestrone soup
Brown meat and then add the other items - add the water your want to make it as thick or thin as you like. Simmer for a few minutes to mix all flavors and serve. I halve this and call it 1x4 soup!
